Description

This 3-day workshop provides an overview of Internal Family Systems and their connections with spirituality. We will review the fundamentals of the model including types of parts, Self-energy, and basic dynamics of the internal system through experiential learning, didactic presentation, and personal exploration. Additionally, this workshop will discuss the potential of IFS as a model for spiritual practice. The space inherent within IFS to connect to our spirituality (as a connection between divine presence and human awareness) makes this model of therapeutic support ripe with possibilities for use in pastoral care and counseling.
